Saw this link posted elsewhere and it has some additional detail that I hadn’t seen yet.
—Most notably, I don’t see a reference to a grocery store anywhere on here. I know that was featured prominently in the initial marketing of the project but seems like it didn’t make the final cut. Unless I’m missing something totally obvious which is certainly possible.
—Seems like a food hall is planned for the ground floor of one of the office buildings. Not really sure we need two in Durham but likely will be popular with people working in ATC and coming for a movie or whatever.
—Didn’t realize there were townhomes along Willard as part of the residential. Bet the price point will be bonkers.
—Roughly 17k square foot performance theater. We definitely need more activities of the non eating and drinking variety so I look forward to hearing more about this.
—This is the first mention I’ve seen of specific details for the “future phase” office tower. 10 stories on top of a 7 story parking podium. Wondering if that means this portion of the project will happen sooner than later.
