South Ellerbe Wetlands?

I see this listed on the BBCity construction page and it says "expected end of 2020" but I didn't see any news about it. Did Covid push this back?

There is a relatively detailed update posted on the city website now. Long story short they plan to bid out and move forward with the soil removal this summer followed by construction beginning in 2022. Also sounds like some of the pedestrian aspects of the project will be scaled back initially while they seek out alternative funding sources. Somewhat disappointing overall but glad this will be moving forward relatively soon.
