South Driver St. - Old East Durham

Anyone able to dig up info on this? I'm shocked and disappointed if it's true.

Preservation Durham + Open Durham met with the owner and posted an update in that thread. The storefront at the corner is being preserved, as are most of the other structures with historical significance. Great news, and am very interested to hear what's being done with the remainder of the property.
