Nice to see some sort of official progress being made towards this!

I will have to ask my friend who lives on the Park side of North Hills how it is at different times of the day/week.  To me that's what this resembles.  At least based off the initial renderings and goals for space.  I do agree that it will need a diverse retail-scape.  Maybe even a movie theater built into one of the towers?   Or an outdoor event space that could host music and festivals/ markets to help draw people in.  I hope we get to see some official plans soon, as they plan to start infrastructure this year!

I would love to see this get built to help rebuild RTP and make it more future proof by providing a “Reston” like town center to help tie in the area between Durham and Raleigh with another dense area
