Reading the article here https://amp.heraldsun.com/news/local/counties/durham-county/article216435775.html I think this is going to be called Willard Street apartments, not to be confused with the other ongoing project 600 Willard.  I snap some shots today, construction begins!

I knew they had broken ground, but haven't yet seen the construction begin. Thanks for these photos!
