So says Triangle Business Journal. I don’t have a subscription but the details don’t appear to be too exciting. 5 stories on half an acre with 82 apartments and ~2k square feet for retail and/or a restaurant. If the GeerHouse project moves forward there will be absolutely a ton of residential in the small stretch between Geer and Central Park.
