Hines Acquires IBM Campus in RTP

Will be really interesting to see how this plays out in the coming years.

This should help out the Hub RTP. I've been concerned about RTP's "live, work play" strategy. The hub itself is great, but there's no room to expand beyond what they are currently building. The surrounded area is totally built up with inefficient campuses and parking lots. I wouldnt call the 500 IBM campus a short and convenient walk to The Hub, but it is a great opportunity to show potential for other property owners.
