Gurley Street - Durham

All homes on west side of Gurley Street were purchased in Dec 2021.  Anyone know what are the plans for that strip between Geer and Corporation Streets?

Very interesting. Looks like an assemblage to me, but it is not a huge amount of land.

Registered to a newly formed LLC and address is a lawyer's office which keeps things mysterious.

Looks like plans for a townhome community (33 units).

Reaching out again to find out any additional information about the property purchase on the 1100 block of Gurley Street in Durham (between Geer and Corporation Sts).  It's been almost 2 years since I posted the original inquiry but have been unable to find out any further details.  Can one of you experts please help me out.

Looks like their site plan was approved and now they are getting the subdivision plat (separate lots for each of the 33 townhouses).

In this interest rate environment, I have no idea if we are close to construction or if they plan to site on them for a while.
