This would really be great. Has the potential to be waaaaay more impactful than the DOLRT. I used to ride commuter rail in SoCal (Metrolink) with a similar shared track design and it was generally stellar.

Agree - I really hope this works and it definitely has a better chance than the DOLR without all the land ownership issues.
