TBJ has an article this morning about a redevelopment project from Center Studio and White Oak Properties. Plans for 65k square feet of office, restaurants and retail. This seems like a great project on a number of levels. It starts to expand the downtown core across Fayetteville and connect more directly to East Durham as we recently discussed on another thread. And it also creates a real pocket of entertainment options right there with Ponysaurus and the upcoming Borden Brick project plus Golden Belt a block away.
