A few pics from this past week of the 600 Willard apartments. The ATC area is really growing up rapidly. Once the dealership lots are redeveloped, this area will be unrecognizable lol.

Yeah it seems to have some real momentum

Agreed and ATC2 should really pull it together.

Any idea yet on actual ATC 2 plans? I have only hear the rumors from sources who have I believe have seen the plans, and they are varied. 2 things I have verified from multiple sources are towers and retail. I have heard everything from 2 - 3, 12 story towers, to 2, 30 story towers. All rumors have said a mix of Office, Hotel, Apartment and Condo.

The retail component has been interesting. The main thing I have heard is basically an outdoor retail area in the same vain as north hills, with a park/amphitheater in the norther section that has some restaurants and office space overlooking like the Durham Bulls Park.

We will see.
