600 N. Roxboro St. Townhomes

A pair of new 5 story townhouses was announced.  Would be on 600 N. Roxboro St, an area seeing a number of other similar developments. I think it definitely has a more stand out architectural style to it. Especially compared to the slew of 5-over-1 style apartments going up. Though I'm not quiet sure it's my cup of tea. Construction is expected to start as early as this summer.

I like the design! At least they are making the effort to build something unique and distinctive.
