Brick building on this lot was getting demolished today. Development case lists as "45 units multifamily residential apartments." Anyone know further details?

It's by the same owner as 710 Rigsbee and 318 Corporation, the apartment buildings going up around the corner, Elmwood Development. I believe it's what their website calls "Rigsbee Collection Phase 3": https://www.elmwood-dev.com/rigsbee-collection-phase-3

woah, wasn't aware of this. Good find. It's also the same architecture firm out of Richmond doing the other two buildings on Rigsbee. They're doing an incredible job of designing cleanly articulated, fresh but simple small buildings. I'd be thrilled if the rest of development around town followed suit.

I'll wait for the finished product before fully forming my opinion, but I agree. These buildings are looking nice, certainly a lot better than Atlas
