106 Broadway

About a year ago a project named Broadway Mews, consisting of 10 townhomes, was approved at 106 Broadway St. 
This January, White Oak Properties, the developers of two other condo units downtown, submitted plans for a 4 story, 33 unit residential building. Interested to see how this one turns out.

That area along Magnum is wild. So much new stuff. Great area for denser multi-family units. Looking at the record, there was another project before Broadway Mews - Leyland Post. I snapped a pic of their sign in April of 2020.

Love the residential density; hate that none of it incorporates retail. This should be a requirement; it is SUCH a missed opportunity to create a new vibrant corridor.
